Now that the pics are out in this month's edition of R&T, and most of us have seen how the car is going to look, who's putting a deposit in? If the current 360 market is anything to go by, cars will command a premium even after a year or so of production so again assuming the same market standards u could drive the car for a year and then sell it for break even.. I dont think it will be a similiar situation cause it might be a case of too many cars chasing the same buyers (200-300k range). Your thoughts?
I was a bit unclear in my post, I was referring to the mad rush for 360's when the car was introduced and how 99-00's were commanding premiums even in 02
Utkarsh personaly I think the car sucks #1 only 420hp looks just like a 360 except that horrible front bumper and a few other atrosities. I think it all depends on why someone wants to be on the list. If you are looking to flip it then it would be a good idea
road and track only has 1 pic. i think thats what everyone is referring to in the other forums on f-chat. i dont like the front, i love the back, especially if there is a automatic wing and enzo lights. thats bada**. still love the 360 though. =)
I thought Ferrari just registered the F430 name? Theres a decent spyphoto in the new Car & Driver (Has 612, AM, Conti GT on cover).
I think I might get on the list for this car. Does not hurt since if you do not like the car in the end you can get out of it.
If giving a dealer a $10,000 interest-free loan for 2 - 4 years is what you mean by "does not hurt", then yes, it's a good idea. Otherwise, consider it like any other investment -- hope it'll pay off either with a car you want to buy or a car you can flip.
Why the hell did you wait so long to post those pictures? The one on the right is hot -- not hot enough to make me want one, though...
