I had something on the variable timing shaft that was too thin. It went at high revs and required an engine rebuild. The new part was larger and stronger but this was over two years ago. The dealer said it was a known problem so maybe with age they are getting many more in.

    When was your model made?

I haven't heard of a recall, but I don't know if Los Gatos has access to this info anymore.

Did the dealer initiate the call? Is there a recall I need to call the dealer about?
My 360 is 2000 model year.

Sorry for not knowing about this, but I hadn't heard of the recall.

    Thanks,

    steve
