Willis.....those roads were really good!! What a nice day for a little Ferrari ride. Good lunch, good drive. I'll post my pics when their developed. Nice to meet everyone again.
DJ, great pictures. I like the first one. Very dramatic. Taylor, I hope you had fun today even though we weren't going very high speeds. Best part of today's drive: Nobody got lost!
Good lunch Good Drive - Thanks to Kuzi and Willis - anybody looked at the weather report for next weekend?
I have to say thank you to all those who I met today and certainly to Willis for giving me a tremendous good time in his 360 on the drive today. The lunch was very good, the club was great, the guys in the F-club were wonderful, the weather was perfect, and Taylor and I have a new appreciation for the F-Marque. Quite a revelation ! Gotta do it again. I hope that I didn't over do it with " my tooth problem", Kuzi. Just joking around. Anyway, what a run !
Thanks Willis for the route and map. Looks like you guys had a fantastic time! I'm mad I missed it! By the way, who's the surly looking dork with the black t shirt, blue jeans, big watch and sunglasses? I swear I've seen him before....looks like a real trouble maker --Dan
So uh Kuzi.....What did Mr. Parks say Dana's new screen name was???? Can't quite remember....could you post it so we ALL know what to start calling him now Sorry Dana!!!!!!
CRITTER!!!!!!............LOL!!!!.................Oh sorry.........its "LITTLE CRITTER".........I think its cute
I think he's your alter ego, other personality? Maybe all the above!!! Actually I think he's your building contractor....that guy helping you with your garage!!!! Willis, My cousin had an awesome time and was very greatful. He made a point to say how much he appreciated everyone's hospitality. Thank you all for making him feel welcome! Good drive Willis.....
That isn't a new screen name for Dana. If you can imagine it, Dana was a skinny little twerp maybe 11 years old when we hauled him around with us when we were doing airshows. Because he worked so hard on the restoration of our old L-3 and helped us in the Clown Act, we dragged him with us evrywhere we went. After the airshows we were tired so we put Critter in the front seat and after take-off we turned the airplane over to him and he flew us home. He was around so much of the time , the airshow pilots called him Critter-child and it stuck. ''Critter" just popped out at the stop yesterday. I turned out to be Big Critter and Little Critter. Ask him what it is like to do a snap roll while riding facing backwards in the L-3, he has seen and done quite a few things when he was little.
If he is my building contractor then I have a few items on my punch list I need to take up with him. Tell Mike he is welcome anytime and has a seat in the Oldslow308 when ever it suits him.
You mean this guy with the black t shirt, jeans, and sunglasses? LOL!!! Hey, great gathering Kuzi and nice route yesterday Willis!
Nothin' to live down,Pal. We had good times and lots of fun then. You WERE a critter, too. Just a great big one now.
