    Can anyone post a picture of or point me in the direction to see a picture of the 360 Barchetta one-off that Ferrari made...? i'd really appreciate it... Thank you...

    In Ferrari terminology, what would make a car a Spider vice a Barchetta?? Official answers only please.

    A spider is a convertable.
    A barchetta has a removeable hard top or no roof at all.
    I think thats right at least.

    Spider's are converatbles
    Barchetta's are supposed to be driven with no top. However, some of them come with sort of hard/ soft roof that is only for use in emergency situations.

    Barchetta (pronounced: bar-KET-ta) in Italian, translates to "small boat, dinghy"... As mentioned above, a Spider has a top whereas a Barchetta does not... usually. The 166 Barchetta has no top. 120020, the 360 Barchetta mentioned above, has no top unless someone made an aftermarket top for it... You'll also notice that it has no moveable windows... The windscreen goes around the car in the shape of a 'U', from the back of one door, around the front, to the back of the other... The 550 Barchetta DOES come with a top, but i think it was made to be incredibly ugly on purpose...

    I heard the car was sent back to the factory to have a normal windscreen fitted again. Can anyone confirm?
