    Amen. With no disrespect intended to anyone who has posted here, we are becoming a nation of chicken mama's boys and girls who run to the government or the courts whenever we skin a knee. I will never sue Ferrari or FNA for anything. I'd sign a release BEFORE buying a car.

    Ferrari cared when the NSX showed up. Truly handmade car. The 355 was designed with the NSX in mind and Ferrari quality has improved. Is it Honda quality? NO but it should be considering they can fork out 400mil for an F1 team. The road cars deserve better. They are better than they used to be, but it seems they arent quite there.

    Add melting interior pieces too if you folks decide to sue. Amazing that would be allowed as well. No excuse these days given materials technology for an interior to melt.
