Black on cuoio, black carpets. A red interior would be way too garish for an elegant black car.

btw, didn't you like our answers the last time you asked this question? :)

I saw one in -i believe- Grigrio Titanio the other day. Looks great. It's an enormous car though, so go with a colour that is not too bright. Black would be daring, but with a red interior, you'd be going all the way with it, so you'd probably pull it off. Of course depending on the look. Dark blue and some shades of gray might be the safe choice, but safe is not always the best choice. I'm very curious how black/red would turn out.

    Jas,

This is what we did to help customers choose color of their car.

    Yellow and Grigio Aloy.

I think Grigio Titanio or Black would bethe best colors. Classy colors for a GT style car. I am not sure about the red seats to tell you the truth.. They would seem out of character for this car. Tan would be awesome with black.

Thanks for the response so far guys. I like Jimmy's interior but since his is a
Red exterior I am wondering how it will do on a Black exterior.

An elegant car like that would do well with TDF Blue or Rossa Barchetta. Natural hides look the best IMHO.

I would get TDF blue with tan seats, black inserts.

What options are you getting? Are you getting sat nav?

Black with red leather, black stitching and black inserts would be awsome. I have always been a fan of contrasting colours for exterior/interior. You should never be too conservative in a 612!!!

If you have to have black, I would go with a grey interior and black carpets.

And please, no shields. They look funny and out of place on the 612.

If you look at the car in real life it seems to suit bolder colors. Silvers etc. lose the lines. The 456 looks lousy in reds for example but the 612 looks great. I like the blue in the ads..........

I've seen a black 612 beside a silver (Argento Nurb.) one at my dealer. Black looked a bit dull as it tones down the side carvings which are designed to lighten the profile, but it surely looks like a smaller barge than in Argento. Perhaps Grigio Titanio or Canna di Fucile would be a good compromise, with a clear interior to match.

Thinking of the design heritage of the 612, the only true colour would be grigrio Ingrid, as portrayed earlier in this thread. Perhaps the best ´light´colour for this car.

I'd go dark blue or black exterior with a tan interior...but seeing as its your car go with whatever you want....if you do get the black/red i can't wait to see pictures.

The 20 different opinions offered here from 20 different people should make it so much easier to choose Jas. :)
