I think you've got the choice of selling your Skyline privately or trading it in at a dealer, in which case you're not likely to get such a good deal?

As Ray has suggested, there are very few people privately looking to trade from an F360 to a Skyline.

No, my head really is that big!

Actually, I can't claim credit, one of my work collegues knocked it up after I offered a ride in my 208 as a prize in a charidee auction. Unfortunately, the high bid came from one of the techy guys, and not one of the nice young ladies from customer services...*sigh*

it was obvious that the ladies didnt vote from the picture on your profile and even more obvious that a guy would win from where you are from BRIGHTON

Most unfair. I'm sure many a young lad has thought "My, if I work hard all my life, one day, when I'd old, I can own my dream car - A DATSUN!"

The Skyline's big advantage is it's fuel tank, which is only slightly smaller than a kettle. Most excellent - means you run out of fuel long before the Bostik loosens up and the rear wing falls off.

Sorry, but someone near me has a bright yellow Skyline with more plastic on it than a Barbie factory. Possibly one of the ugliest cars ever, but it does look funny at the side of the road with it's hazard lights on.

To the OP - good luck. I'm sure many a 360 owner will be dazzled by the thought of swapping their masterpiece for some Tupperware with 700bhp.

    Cheers,
    TOM

Well, you have to kind of expect that reaction from a Ferrari chatsite.. :)? I don't think its elitest, its just most people like Ferraris on this site - rather than have a passion for Nissans. Simple as that... the flaming is just amusing!!!

Naturally, you were all born in Ferraris.

Horrible way for my first post, I'm looking at information on 360 v 550 but was compelled to say how shocking your replies are to the other half.

So is this reaction a pre-requisite to Ferrari ownership ;)

No its a pre-requisite for filling in your profile properly and getting a sense of humor!

We should all have given the same advice as 208gt4 did

("I think you've got the choice of selling your Skyline privately or trading it in at a dealer, in which case you're not likely to get such a good deal?As Ray has suggested, there are very few people privately looking to trade from an F360 to a Skyline")

but where would the fun or sense be in that
