    Are the power windows ground at rest or 12+ at rest? I need to track down a bug and don't see this in the manuals...

    Well it appears to rest at ground. The issue with mine was that the 12v feed into the switch broke loose from the connector in the door jamb. Now I have to try to find a replacement connector.
