Is there anyone who is competing that is under 11 stones?

If so, they should have to carry balast. Breeze blocks, whatever.

    Sir Ade,

Doubtless you would not need anything as humble as breeze blocks; I'm sure you can pillage some gold from the peasants on your way down!

Well quite, and well I might. Bow, Kent-massive, to your mighty forefather's decendant.

I'm actually dieting in the build up to this event, waddya reckon, 8 stones possible? might be able to take it down to 7 stones with Atkins, and perhaps less if I race naked.

Do reckon we can tinker with our Karts... I'd quite like to 'CS' mine up a bit. You know, strip out the seat etc...

Perhaps you can hermetically seal your racesuit, and fill it with helium; may shave off a few ounces.....

A better use of helium than inhaling it in order to sound like an inordinately small person or shoving it into a ballon and bug gering off around the globe.

Thinking of shaving off ounces, the hairs gotta go, and I mean all of it.

See ya all on Friday, although you might not see me if my diet has worked.

Tomorrow looks a little difficult for me so might not make it.

If I do it will not be in the Stradale as it is at the dealer (still). If I do I might come on my Ducati as the weather is supoosed to be OK and it wouldn't be the done thing to not have something Italian

I'll be taking my own helmet and gloves. Went to an indoor karting place once and all the helmets were soaked inside from the sweat of the previous occupant!

Excellent news. Hopefully the Ferrari keys will be just that bit heavier than those of your regular runabout which should weigh you down sufficiently to give me that extra advantage.

Wait, no I'm taking the Ferrari as well. Damn there must be a way I can gain an advantage.
