348 window motor rework? (need more help)

hey guys,
i have searched all of the threads on both old and new, but did not find exactly what i was after.

does anyone have any pics of the inside of the door with all it's wonderment after removing the outside panels to get to the motors and the apurtenances?

since i have had my top off for the last couple of months, i had not even tried the windows until last week....they almost NEVER went up! poor little things, i had to assist the driver's side up all the way with mny hand... they were twice as slow as they were when i was using them periodically.

so i am going in to see what i can do. i am armed with the text from numerous other threads on the subject, and i may even hard-wire them if that's what it takes. but....

ANY assistance from those who have explored down this path before me would be greatly appreciated.
