I need to get an extra set of wheel (speedline or other aftermarket manufacturers) for my F50 so that I can put slick on. Anyone knows where I can get it. Thanks

I wouldn't order direct from Speedline...I'm pretty sure they have a huge waiting list, and they're pretty notorious around here for taking forever manufacturing and sending them out. Fikse makes a beautiful wheel, too.

    http://www.fikse.com/
http://www.ozracing.com/ --Their SuperTourismo's are on basically every fast car in the ALMS series (Prodrive 550, Corvette C5R, Audi R8, Murcy R-GT)

If you need more options, just say it.

stock F50 wheels are SO perfect; it would be great if you could get another set. Perhaps see if your local dealer can get them direct from Ferrari in Italy?

It is interesting to note that some people on the Fchat community are so untrusting. I personally don't see what thrill you can get out of pretending owning some cars in this community. Anyhow, luckily, there are still many who really go out their ways to help out a fellow Fchatter.

Anyway, since the F50 has a single locking nut instead of the usual five, most manufacturers don't have such a setup readily available and I need those pretty badly for a trip. I think my best bet is if someone knows where I can get a used set or can contact a specialist store. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Novitec offers single lug enzo like wheels. They might prove a good route.

Post pics if you do go this way. I would love to see what enzo like wheels look like on the 50.

I bet a black powder coated OEM set would look sharp too..
Is there any weight advantage going to an aftermarket wheel?

I had Kinesis build 2 sets of rims for my F40, it will be in the Kinesis booth at the Historics at Monterey in August....

I can get you direct to Kinesis and they will custom build your rims at a very competitive price. (less than retail)

email mail me I will get the name and number for Kinesis...

Let us know the decision...can't wait! Gonna have that bad boy tracked already? Or are you planning on doing a little extra spirited driving in the Hong Kong streets? Haha, again, nice car.

Thought I'd un-earth this thread - anyone have any current thoughts on speedline vs Oz? neither website works very well. Kinesis just doesn't float my boat in their design norms. I like the simple speedline look, any current thoughts on using them?

Assuming that was directed at me, I never had one, and am just closing the deal on acquiring one, hence re-opening this topic. It was the only thread on it I could find and I was interested if any of the other F50 guys on here had opinions.

I bought a second set of new "standard" factory wheels. I run Hoosiers on them and find them to be quite satisfactory. From memory, they were not that expensive either- relatively speaking.
