Wow, I got it today and figured it was legit. Clicked on the link to fill out the form, but it was a broken link, so I figured I'd try tomorrow.

That paypal email is real -- no spoofed addresses and it's a link to a real paypal.com site.... whether it matters is a different story, but it's from paypal...

I saw a post from Paypal @ ferrarilist claiming it was fake. I did go through the motions & they don't want any bank account info. So if you have an extra e-mail address & perhaps don't mind getting spam via e-mail or USPS, do it.
