It seems like couple of Ferrari 360 pics has been taken at this location. May I ask what part of los angeles this is in? Would appreciate it if you could give me a detailed location. Btw VERY NICE car
The other car that was shot there was my old silver 360. It's on a rooftop at the westside pavillion.
You seem to have a talent for creating the BEST looking 360s I've ever seen! Both the TDF CS and the silver 360M look AWESOME! Good work.
Where is that tvrfreak -- not that familiar with LA. And was it just the camera, or was the day just really, really overcast??
Matt... as stated before that silver 360 is one of the best I have seen. You have kept up the tradition with the Stradale. Awesome man..simply awesome.
It's the headquarters for Oakley (sunglass co.), located at: 1 Icon Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 It's off Rte. 241, near Rancho Santa Margarita, South-East of Santa Ana. Interesting building, although that entrance is a little bizarre. I believe it's an effect of the combination of exposure settings and ISO speed rather than the weather. Picture was taken the week before SEMA (last November), so the weather must have been perfect. And if you look at the ground/building colors, they are awfully similar to how the sky came out...I get the feeling the camera "keyed" on those color tones/light levels.
Thank you for that. Yes, I still hold on to my opinion that the silver 360 lowered on those HRE's, is the BEST looking 360 ever. I do commend you for a great job, and actually lowering these cars after putting wheels on, a definite practice some other F car folks should do. Again congrats on a beautiful car. The silver one is truly orgasmic!
I believe that Oakley picture is Doug Hayashi's (Pulp Racing) 355, his buddies 360 (who sometimes posts here), and their "mystery friends" F1.
That is Doug Hayashi's pic. I thought it was taken around the time we had the fires and that was why the sky looked that way. Oh yeah, Matt, your CS looks amazing--except for the wheels. I am not a fan of those wheels on that car. Greg A
Mystery friend is a fairly well-known guy in Arizona named Dan Kennedy. His McLaren is very well known as well, as it is shown at a lot of events. He raced a 360 with the same paintjob in the Ferrari Challenge series last year.
Looks great matt - Funny, I was going to ask you if you had a 360 before the CS as I recognize the location also.
