ONE RACE TO TAKE IT ALL. End of season. Starting grid determined by points accumulated during season, all first place on team goes before any team's second place driver. Track rotation every year. Would the result be any different? The season more interesting? : )

David: "But this is my year!"

    Everyone: "Hahah"

Kimi: "I can beat him without help"

    Everyone: "Hahah"

    ...

    And Michael wins anyway!

But I said only ONE car from each team at the front of the grid, so it would take a conspiracy and bad sportsmanship to do such a thing! (Surely, there are no bad sports in F1)

Acually, not a joke. I was thinking..."Is there a formula that would keep it interesting to the end and give the other guys a chance to win..."

Uh, ok, maybe a joke. (There is no such formula...)

One correction: Starting grid is reversed from points accumulated.

    NOW you got my attention.

An all stars race... hmm... Grid would consist of maybe 6 cars, I'd hate to be stuck behind a Nick Heidfeld or Cristiano da Matta if it were open to all those that scored points that season.

How about fastest solo (qualifying) lap times for the title 'track champion' make those worth a few points as well.
