    I own two townhouses in a group of six. There are three units that have two attached townhouses. Because the insurance on all six units has gone from $1200 a year to $7900 ( ! ), my angle is to get rid of the 'associaition' and the individual owners can pay for their own insurance which will be about a tenth the price. The owners I have spoken with think this is a good idea.

    Question: It it easy to disolve a home owners association?
