Yeah I'll keep an eye out for them because the tickets were issued in 2000-2001. You guys would be surprised what you can get away with by making them chase you for their fine money/court dates. It's a big money game and should be treated as such.
Maybe we just need to start a fund to get all cops ferrari's then we could get them to see things our way......lol
The NJ state trooper that pulled me over on the way home from Ben's house called my cop buddy in Newark that gave me the PBA card. He said I was rude and cussed him out. I was anything but rude and did not cuss him out as I know there is nothing to gain from that. He also went on to say that he was going to tow my car ... yada yada That's just lame. O well. Just felt like venting...
That is sad. Some cops are just jerks. They love abusing their power sometimes. Why can't we have more cops like the one of from the Running of the Bulls or like Lupe??? The world would be a better place!

i had my car parked on the corner of 32nd and 5th avenue yesterday. there was fire hydrant in front of me so noone could park in front of me. so my front-plateless car is showing to the entire cop world. i was going back to my car....i see a cop with his ticket/summons book out looking at my car....writing something down.....then walking towards the back of my car looking at my license plate .... i quickly ran to my car....looked at my windshield to see if i had a f@cken orange envelope on my wipers........whew...no ticket. i quickly took off. suprised cop didnt give me a ticket for no front plate. i think he was oggling my car like all the other nuckas.
yeah i ordered it that same night i screwed around with the plate names. you will see what i got when i put them on *secret*
driving in the city today running errands in soho. driving up 6th avenue, tons of traffic, stop at the 1st traffic light after making a right turn onto the avenue, a cop standing there signals for me to pull over, i pull over, tells me who i was racing, i said in this traffic, how can i race? he tells me he heard me coming from the other street.... tells me to show him license, registration, insurance. i do, he told me to take it easy and drive slow. no ticket. mind you guys i wasnt revving or speeding. even if i got a 5 tickets, i dont care.... I LOVE MY NEW CAPRISTO AND PIPE SETUP/SOUND...LOVE IT... and to the cop, hAtE oN hATeR!
Got pulled over for Power sliding fron Broadway to Park Row South (City Hall and J&R) Similar setup -- complains about safety or some BS like that, asks for reg, license -- no ticket. Thank god the RNC convention is over!
Lesson 1: Step on the gas, pull the wheel harder than common sense dictates, give more throttle, turn in the opposite direction to avoid spinning the car around, smoothly back off the gas to correct, add more gas and adjust the wheel to keep the car sliding in the direction you want or straighten out and go! Lesson 2: Pay the ticket. It helps to have cold tires.
Didn't you explain that 1) There's never any constructive work at constructions sites in the city anyway? 2) Lambo's don't go that slow. Only vipers & daily beaters.
At least SOMETHING was moving in that construction zone! Today is the day for me. Took a vacation day to deal with a speeder I got with the Benz on Ocean Parkway back in Feb '03. 76 in a 55. Got my 8x10 glossy's with circles and arrows. Think positive thoughts for me at about 2:00pm today! Andy
