The following posts were taken from the Breakfast Club #1 thread. I did not author the following posts;.

maps attached - the roads are decent and only the last stint gets moderate bumpy - traffic is low on the way up if you are before 10am

the SR 169 part is not super exiting - someone might know some back-roads

80 miles one way - you can do it in .:. hours

we should target 8am and back before noon - less if Kuzi shares his T3 pills

I think the second leg starts at Enumclaw (as Thomas had indicated initially). That's where 410 starts if you check it out on a more detailed map.Saturday - so that Tim can come out to play...

For breakfast I suggest Greenwater Lodge – it is 2/3 of the way – I am not a breakfast guy but the place is recommended

    Greenwater Lodge Coffee Shop
    58106 State Route 410 East
    Enumclaw, WA 98022-8000
    Phone: (360) 663-0290

"Fortified with a 1950s style lunch, we continued on Highway 410 through Enumclaw past the replanted forests and across a small bridge into Greenwater. Here is the home of the Greenwater Lodge an oasis alongside the White River. For travelers the Greenwater Lodge offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the usual combinations of eggs, sandwiches and grilled meats. Touring motorcyclers, town folk and kayakers off the river all converge at Greenwater Lodge. Where the difference lies is in the restaurant’s incredible deck, within ear shot of the rushing water that sooths the jangled nerves from the traffic fight from Seattle while it prepares you for the peacefulness of The Mountain. Even while full from lunch, the pie and a steamy cup of coffee hit the spot. The dinner menu holds some surprises as well. Much more uptown than one would expect."

Spasso and Dave L and I did the piece from Kent Kangley out to black diamond this January and it was really open for the most part. this is a great route and you'll have a great time. However early Friday Carolyn and I are driving to Tonkin to have them check out a roughness in my shift from 5th to 6th that wasn't there before the 30K. I'll be driving over to the Gorge and staying with friends there over the weekend, but I may actually come back via 410 if they've finally paved the road from the Gorge.

Have fun everybody - hate to miss a drive in my back yard.

So what's the head count so far? Thomas, Albert, Tim, Kuzi, me and...?

Load up on doughnuts at Krispy Kreme for breakfast and a nice lunch at Greenwater Lodge. After that, how much farther do we go?

I assume we'd stop for an early lunch on the way back? Isn't the lodge only about 1 hr away? If we take the above route that Thomas listed, we'd be at the lodge at 9:15-9:30 going, and around 11-11:15am on the return leg (assuming a stop at the end of the route). See you at 8am at KK! - Tim

I guess our leader would have to answer that. Either way, it's going to be fun.

Thanks to Thomas for leading the group. Fun day.

    1. Following Albert's Stradale. You could see Mt. Rainier looming in the background.

The spider and the Stradale with the stripe are Rosso Corsa. The Stradale without the stripe is Rosso Scuderia.

Wow! Looks like a great run guys. All 360's. Hmmmmmmmmm.........
I don't think I could have kept up with you guys even if I did show.

I found 4 new roads to drive this afternoon on my way home from work. Probably a little sedate for a Stradale but still some great twisty stuff.
I think I'm going to try them next week, Sunday morning, on the way to Bruno's.
