Shields always help ID the car. When I stopped to say hello to my sweet older neighbor lady- she complimented on my pretty Mustang. Very true- your call

If you put on the nice metal shields (with two sided tape) I think they look fantastic. Especially on a red car like yours. They draw my eye to the center of the car, which allows the lines of the car to flow both forward and back from the shields.

    However, two important points here:

    1) Must be nice metal ones. No crappy stickers and/or cheap looking reproductions.
    2) Don't mess with the fender - two sided tape is reversable, drilling/modifications aren't. (Therefore, you can always change your mind and offer the option to change it back upon resale.)

    My 2 cents..........

If i look at a Ferrari, I have never in my mind said, "Wow, look at those Scuderia Shields!". And i dont think it makes the car look that better, if any. I would say leavfe your Ferrari the way it came out of the actory. Just my opinion.

I personally think shields spoil the lines of the car. Sought of interrupt the flow when tracing the lines of the car from front to back.

But in the final scheme of things it is no big deal if the shield is there or not ... the true badge lies under the hood :)

I would agree. I would have originally ordered the car without shields, but having them, I say they add a nice touch. On the flip side I recently test drove a 575 with ?plastic/vinyl shields. How cheesy can you get. Maybe the metal ones are better, but I say leave it alone. Remember the originals, at least on a 360, are recessed.

fyi.........I sell the metal Scuderia Shields for many different model Ferrari's. PM me directly and I will send the info and a picture. They are the correct OEM size, color and design. All for $230 per pair including postage. Many FChatters have bought them. Guaranteed you will like them or you get a full refund. They come with double stick tape.
**Be careful of the ones that DO NOT have the correct color, size and design.
Whatever you do, don't put on those plastic ones!

Like others have said...I think the shields are overkill. How many emblems do you need on the car so people know it is a Ferrari?
