i was planning on getting the Novitec Rosso Rims for my 360. they are the ones in this picture with the yellow 360. However, the Novitec NF1 wheel set looks almost the same as the Rosso Rims. Are these the same ones? I know that the Rosso Rims...u can snap in the Ferrari wheel caps in the center and the NF1 wheels have the centerlock look. Is this the main difference? .
Look pretty close. The other difference is that the Rosso's have the lug nuts right in the center, around the cap, whereas the NF1's have it hidden. Strange. But both look hot. How much for the Rosso's?
hubert also consider: 575 19" rims, bbs stradale, or hres. i think they look HOT on a 360. i am thinking about those to make the car oFfIcIal!
Ain't feelin the Novitec. My vote goes to BBS CH Stradele style. Or, as much as I hate to say, I like Hamann PG2/3 better than Novitec too.
Wow you guys have some serious ballz doing 19's in the City. Your ride is going to be wicked harsh and the rims (depending on what and how they are made... of) are going to get bent real easy. I guess ask them how prone their rims are to bending. Any rim with serious deep dish action will need some more meet than a 19" tire can offer for anti pothole duty. Most people that went 19 complained about the abnormally harsh ride they ended up with. If you can deal with the ride they look unbelievably sweet on a car. HRE has a 360 spider to see what the rims look like on the car http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/forged.htm http://www.hrewheels.com/ShowRoom/ Anywayz... my .02 and I apologize if I was explaining stuff you guys already new. Both manufacturers will custom make wheels to any offset you desire if yer looking to do something more agressive than OEM. How wide can you guys go in the rear? The Novi's come in 12"+ for the rear. Is that for a 360?
$6k is in line with what the car costs. Any good/exotic set of 19" rims for a sports car will set you back at least $5k I didn't really see why the Novi's were $6k though. Is there something special about them I don't know about? I like HRE rims for bling and performance. I like Kinesis rims moreso for performance. My 18x11.5's are really light for the type of rim it is.
I saw the new Hubi Tubi plates last night, but lost the flash on the camera to take a picture. Anybody have one to post?
i love the 19" BBS stradale rims. i would get those over anything but we'll see what im feelin' in a couple of months. Im not into rims with those nuts and bolts all over the circumference of the outer rim. i want clean and slick. thanks for all the suggestions and input and for clyde.... .
Hubet, you don't want the BBS rims on your car in the city. they are much lighter and known to crack easier . you will be cracking rims left and right in the city.
werd zen. that is why i was leaning towards the Novitec's (i cracked 2 360 stock rims in 4 years....not that bad eh?)
Hubert, did brad give you one of the CS seat belt pads? just wondering if he shared them with anyone or took the full set for himself?
Oh damn 1 piece 19's You got serious ballz brotha. http://www.ccwheel.com/street/files/gallery/application/porsche/911996.htm#gallery Those suckers are actually CNC milled from a big ass block of aluminum. Are you going to convert your 5 bolt pattern to the big 1 bolt?
i like the novitec 5 bolt pattern because those wheels i can stick the ferrari wheel cap on them. the big 1 bolt looks sick too, but no ferrari cap 1 piece 19's.....the way to go u scared to crack the rims....dont buy em! MAN UP!
havent thought that far yet im using Bridgestone Potenzas right now on my 18"s and are happy with them so might try them on the 19"s.
