Just realised you are from the U.S and may not get the British sense of sarcasm (lowest form of wit but we like it) - I was of course joking, you are most welcome..next year is Scotland!
Hah! Of course Scotland would be beautiful as well...I am Scottish by heritage actually. Next year I am planning on studying in either Germany or England, so maybe you guys wouldnt mind me tagging along for a drive
Hi chatters, just want to say hello bonk + thanks for the first pictures. Driving with the bunch was such a pleasure! (drinking as well, LOL) Special thanks to Trevi & Manu for organising the rallye. Amazing how our 328 U.K.-boys did their job on the difficult narrow roads. Chapeau! Good to know all cars & teams home again without losses. (any tickets?) The 355 Berlinetta Drivers Andrea and Christophe know exactly what's to do without torque I can tell that as the one driving in their sandwich. (huiiii) Let's to it again buddys. Sensationell: The engine of the "wolfarossa"! Mille grazie Wolfgang for a ride in the strongest car I've ever had under my a$$. Till yesterday it was the 400 hp M5, but the wolfarossa feels so much stronger. Cool; Felt like a rocketman. Hope you had some fun + fresh air in my GTS as well. (Gut gegen Kater!) Fastest car was certainly Matt's 360 F1 Modena but not due to the V8. The benefit of 15 years development is around the engine: chassis, brakes, steering, tires ... gives a lot of confidence and feedback. Wow! Was not able to add pics today because FChat want to have my money first. (I'm already over 7 MB. Will find a way) still in a good mood cinque PS: Hey Simon, found a nice way back over the Walensee ...
Seeing these pictures really brings me to tears. Sometimes I really wish I still lived in Switzerland. I have such fond memories of those roads, villages, and pubs. Without question, Switzerland is the most beautiful country on Earth. Thanks for the pictures!! -Daniel
by the grace of the moderators: whimper for mercy Jordan, and you will get a second chance! (`cause you are a musican and like all musicans just from another spacy planet beyond the astral sky)
Getting some feedback from the UK guys on this thread: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28800 Any thoughts, please post 'em. Mark & I will start planning this soon!

Patric sorry I missed you. I hadn't realised you'd turned off until it was too late.....I did actually take the next exit and followed the Walensee back home, but never saw your car. Probably a long way in front of me by then I'm sure we'll meet up again soon for another drive. See ya Simon Ooops, sorry Trevi, looks like I interupted your photo posts...
manuel, the band leader, told us about democrazy in his really weird pidgin english with spanish accent... he said, here in switzerland, we are living in a democrazy....as a bandleader i'm not able to tell my band which song we want to play...no, i have to ask them and it's going to be a palaver till we can go ahead... this is democrazy...it's not like in your country, where the bandleader says: we play this now, if you don't like it, you can go but as you clearly can remark, the european fchat-people are not so on politics, they still had to get warm Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
G'day all, just to drop a few lines ... I really enjoyed our 'get-together' very much and still dwell on wonderful moments I was able to share with the most amazing bunch of people I ever met. 'Living life to its fullest' seemed our moto and you are not only excellent drivers but also smashing friends. Thanks again to the organisation team Trevi and Manu, who made this meeting so special. Thanks to the guy who was responsible for the weather. Of course we had a sunny sunday when we said 'farewell'. Does this dude think he was funny??? Looking at the pictures you posted makes my heart jump again. After a 5 hours drive we arrived back safely on sunday afternoon, flat out like a lizzard drinking, but happy. Can't wait to meet you guys again a.s.a.p. Ciao for Niao, Matthias
as i already mentioned, the Vikings are a carneval music band, fully staffed they are 60 people! you can't imagine how they sound
Guys, I woke up this morning realizing again that it is already over! Such a great time, great people, great organization and great country. I am still recovering from some of the small drinks that we had. Here are some pics. 1. mountains 2. parking for coffee 3. lunch 4. fog Ton
Hello Ton, would you please send me pic 1 & 4 in high solution? Amazing shots Thanks in advance. Wolfgang
Hi folks, Got a bit stuck yesterday with some customer visits. Bahhhhh what a rapid switch back to reality. Furthermore yesterday evening we (my wife Nadege and myself) had to look around for our turtle. Can you imagine that she (the turtle not Nadege) escaped from the aquarium. She (the turtle … again of course) then jump from our balcony. Should I mention that we our appartment is on the 2nd floor ?? We where amazed! So we spend our evening looking around for the turtle. Finally we found it in good condition. She was just sleeping in the grass, under a tree. What a cool life she (who?) has. So all in all, after this superb week-end, every body went back home … finally. I have spooken to Alex who manage to reach his Lausanne house happy but tired. This Ferrari Rallye event was really excellent. The various trips, parties, lunch that Trevi & Manuela organized were just perfect. Thanks for having organized it for us. I also had a change to put a face to the name I saw so far on the forum. That’s cool. Marc I would like to appologize for having made you soo nervous !! Let say it’s the car and not the driver I also would appologize for the money you may spent in buying a 355 !! It’s not my fault if Ferrari made this superb car … By the way, can you sent me in high res the various pict you have taken from within my car? Wolfgang you’re a lucky man. The German autobahn are so cool. On my trip back to Geneva I could only make a 260km/h on the French autoroute. Beuh … Ok guys. Take care and see you soon. Bye, Christophe.
