    Attn: 355 Fiorano Owners world-wide,
We're trying to catalog all 100 Fioranos that were produced to see where they are, what condition they're in, how many are still running, discuss issues, etc.
If you have one of the lucky 100 or know of someone that does, please email back so that we can begin to create a data base of owners.
    Signed,

TTG just got one. Grigio Alloy. The only Fiorano produced in that color. Grab the details from him.

I'm curious why you post your mileage....are you proud of the low miles? Or do you consider it high?

Dave, it's for the purpose of keeping this database current -- it's a column I have as well. Nametool, I have 1/3 of the Fioranos accounted for and most with pictures. Will try and post later. From my database, your car was for sale at Progressive Motors in Pompano Beach, Florida last October with some 2,700 miles on the clock. This is it right? Congrats on a beauty!

Are you sure? Why do all of the cars say #/100 then? It's not likely that they have serparate designation plates for different markets. It's like the Enzo having a plaque saying (for example) #45/70, for the US market (or how ever many there officially were).

Yep, AWESOME detective work!! Those photos are definitely of my car. The car is definitely incredible. Got it back to LA and Carl at Blackhorse did the major to it including Tubi--it just screams...
That's also awesome that your well on your way to cataloging the Fiorano's.
I'm just real curious, evidently like yourself, as to where they all are, who owns them, what kind of condition there in including miles. If nothing else, by keeping track of them all, I kind of feel like we'll really be able to hone in on their value as time goes on.
I assume you have one as well??
If you want to send me the database, you can also send it seperately to my email address: [email protected].
I'd be really psyched to know more.
    Thanks,
    Scott

They are numbered #/100 simply to ID the last 100 355's that rolled out of the factory. When they went into production on the 360's in 99/2000, they decided to send the 355, which by the way was a major win for Ferrari after the dismal 348, out with several of the upgrades mentioned earlier to make it truly a one of a kind Ferrari.
They only did the upgrades to these last 100 that rolled off the factory floor and designated them as Fiorano's.
Though you could upgrade your 355 to include the Fiorano package after-market, it just aint the same as coming out of the factory!!

    Stokpro,
Wasn't sure if you had Bart's 30/100 but here was his reply to me:
    Scott
I know that #100/100 was sold by FofCenFla. I tried to buy it the day they delivered it. It is yellow/Blue (blue top) and the buyer put it in a truck & had it sent up to Jersey I think. In addition, FofCenFla took in and sold a black/tan earlier this year. I seem to remember the number being in the 80's, was it you? I also went to look at what i think is the only 6speed fiorano earlier this year in New York. Do not know the status of this car however. I also looked at the yellow/black at Cauley in Detroit (I can't recall the nu bers on any of those however). FYI, I purhcased #30 from FofSF as second owner. As you might guess, I travelled across the country looking at about 10 in person before I bought mine. It is the quintessential 355 IMO. Good luck with the hunt. Keep me posted with anything interesting you may find.

Yep, I have every single one of those documented already. #100/100 is an F1. The black/tan fiorano from FoCenFla was #21. The red/tan fiorano in New York (at Bentley Long Island) was #56 and previously wrecked according to one a salesman. Several Fchatters had personally checked out #56 and decided to pass. The yellow/black from Cauley is #11. I saw #30 at FoSF while visiting back in December... nice car!

    Hey Stockpro,
Would love to get an email from you showing your database, I'm just dying to see them all!
Any recommendations out of curiousity as to which Shamee is the best for wiping down Ferrari's?

    Stokpro,
Here is an interesting, yet very scary, post:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your search should prove to be interesting. I was formerly within the Ferrari of North America arena and know of several former employee's of FNA that have seen Fioranos in the same place at the same time with the same numbers. They were not surprised. The only action that they took was to seperate the cars so that no one would notice. Most of us that had been around the company for many years were not surprised either, it is not the first time they have played with numbers. You should also get Vehicle Identification Numbers and descriptions to make sure you are not reporting the same car twice. If what I have heard is correct it could make for an interesting suit. Please let me know what you find out. I have a client with a Fiorano 6 speed and will try to get you his info.

    Its a yellow/black F1 , and currently about 12500 KM's.

Apparently, its a 1 owner car, bought and serviced by the same dealer...

Hope this jives with the "master list",lol

    Guys,

Being the custodian of a VERY large Database of all tipo's of Ferrari from 166 to Enzo's and everything in between, I agree with Brian here....The VIN is all powerful and this is what really needs to be recorded against the description of the vehicle and the Plaque No.
I did a similar excercise for all 448 550 Barchetta's some time ago, This will not be a short job !

If I can help in anyway, drop me a line.

    Regards,

    Seb
