How can I send an email to multiple recipients in MS Outlook without it showing the others?

Right now I do it with BCC, but that's tricky because some firewalls block depending on what's actually in the To:.

Creating a list in Outlook seems like all emails are still public on the send. I don't see any settings to make it private.

    Thanks,
    rob

Not sure if it can be done besides the BCC. I may very well be wrong on this though. I have never came across this.

BCC is the only way to do it from Outlook

What you really need is a listserv that restricts who can send to it. Google listserv and majordomo and you'll figure it out.

    Rob.

If you're doing mass emails to say, us, I have campaign 5, which is nice for mailings up to 10K names.

Let's you build databases, compose the email in word then paste it in, it's pretty nifty, manage attachments, links, etc.

    If you're interested, PM me.
