Mine looks exactly the same -- including the missing part. I don't even mention it by name, nor do I try to find a replacement. Once I start talking about it, I fear I might need it. -Daniel
Starter belt??? Sorry, that made me laugh! It would appear that you are missing your screw-in tow hook. And I assume that the blue bag is for your spare tire inflation canister. My canister bag has the prancing pony on it. Nice pix.
Jeff - My missing tool is on the second tray. It is not a belt. It does not require any formal name. I'll never need to use it. ;-) -Daniel
No.... I'm missing the same tool as Davey_Jones. You'll see it missing on the second tray, and you properly identified it earlier. My post was simply to explain that it's absence in my toolkit is considered a "good omen". If I don't have it, I'm assured that I won't use it. If I don't use it, my car must be rolling on it's own power. Kinda like A=B, B=C, so therefore A=C. However, I will not refer to it by name.
Unfortunately, I do not have a toolkit for my 348, but the only 2 items I would ever use at the roadside are:- Towing eye Pneumatic Canister. Beats me why the belts are included as there is no jack to lift the car. Emergency repair method is to call a tow truck - but for that you will need the towing eye. Just my thoughts..
Screw in tow hook.... wonder what that will set me back? Wonder if sodacoms has it?... Those pix didn't turn out too bad since i was in a hurry.. dave
Dave, I know why you have not your tow hook: because I have two on my tool kit. Yes, it is true. Only problem is I am in Spain. Anyway if you don't find it, let me know if you would like mine. Regards. Orteguita
hehehe - my name should be engraved on it somewhere Thanks for the offer - if I cannot find one, I'll be happy to buy it from you. dave
