You could be like me sweating over a proposal for meeting later today with my bank manager.

Out of interest Tony do you think rates have now peaked? I do have rather a large interest(pun intended) in this matter as I'm building quite alot of luxury apartments at the moment.

As all the events I see being proposed are new to me, could one of you give me a bit more info. - Tony before you do a 'Charlie' on me! - I did follow your link but there wasn't any real info on the web site.

No offence but I hope your wrong about rates - especially as I've just done all my cashflows based on a base of 5%!!

With the slowdown in house prices I'm certainly not feeling as bullish as I was When I saw my bank with my last proposal.

Count me in please - I'm v.close to Brooklands but not averse to a blat/breakfast beforehand.

 

Gearbox rebuilt and back in the car for the second time.
Running sweetly, no bits left over and I can get 4th and 5th gears now, thats a novelty!!
Will be at Brooklands on the 3rd and Brands on the 5th October.
