A lot of people feel they can put fraudulent claims in advertising or as a Broker you don't have the legal obligation to refrain from advertising something for sale with information that is "prima facie" not true and in direct violation of State and Federal Odometer Disclosure Requirements. No, intelligent people know that all Ferrrai's are tested before they are sold and therefore there are no "0 miles" Enzos.

Hey all of this aside if these cars can be made US legal I'm sure for a price you will be able to find a buyer for them. I don't think they can be but when I hear form the DOT we'll know for sure.

Did you setup another account named "glx"? If so, I think you might have failed to follow the FChat website agreement. I can understand why you would do this. To defend yourself, of course........ I think you can see from several posts in this thread that it was likely your ban would / should be removed. I recommend that you let nature run it's course and have only one account, as this would work to your benefit. I clearly don't see the advantage of attacking these people and bringing their mothers into it. As someone who "runs" a $30 Million company, I would think how you represent yourself inside and outside the office would be of importance to you and your board of directors. I suggest you take the emotion out of your posts and take the high road. Further, if you don't have an interest in Ferraris or FChat and don't think there is a value to you to be here then you might want to consider setting up an account here. You will not be respected if your only intent was to post to sell a few cars. I hope that's not the case and you should state so when / if your account is un-banned. That was as of July 10 my friend. I was told by Wallace Labs in Texas, approved by NHTSA, and Auto Conversion in NY, also approved by NHTSA, that is no longer the case.

Will call them Monday and post to show you that you are COMPLETELY wrong and wasted your time.
