It really depends upon how evasive she is. Here, you can sometimes find individuals through Voters' Registration and postal skip traces. Also, (if applicable in this case) adoption services will contact her and request a meeting for you (again here)... however, she will have to agree first.

Perhaps similar services exist there.

Services are pretty much the same here, but they will forward letters, phone numbers etc, there is always a way to find someone, national insurance number being the easiest.

A private investigator could find her in a heart beat I'll bet. You can shop around for one prior to going there. It'll cost you a bit but will save you a lot of time.

) has only one person listed by the name of Tuscher in the Colchester area. Got to be worth a phone call or quick letter. Tuscher isn't a common name over here. You never know, if it's not the one then she could be related?

PS "The Hythe", mentioned in the local newspaper web site posted by Wax is a smallish residential area of Colchester, by the waterfront.

Perhaps the newspaper can help with this if we're on the right track. They'll love a good story and I'll bet there's nothing else interesting happening in the town
