I did a search earlier in the old Ferrarichat archives, and used a fairly broad search term. After getting the info I needed, I proceeded to browse some of the other threads that came up and found some really great and informative threads, both on topic and off.

Here's one of the threads I found, from before my time, that really made me laugh (see how many people you still recognize):

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/251280/3409.html

Anyway, I recommend an archive search to everyone. Just browse and see the wealth of ferrari-related (and some not so ferrari-related) info.

    Oh, that's a great post.

Q: Was your "fairly broad search term" Yak Darlings?

You know, he just disappeared after he sold his 308. I even tried to get him to respond to a few emails.
That is getting to be a really long time ago.

That's hilarious! I never even read that thread back then. Good to have a reminder of Ed's personality. He brought his "A" game there.

Maybe I need to start a section in the newsletter for "FerrariChat.com Classic Threads". :)
