    I have returned, obviously you need some female entertainment to brighten your days (No crude jokes or suggestions please I am a lady and remember I employ 10 landscapers, so I have heard everything before)

    Please don't take the michael out of those that have been supportive of me, if you do I shall take my 360 and go and play on my own.

    Katie, welcome back. It has been quiet here without you. For the record I am still not convinced that you are "real", but hopefully you will prove me wrong on Oct 9th and I will duly apologise.

    I did meet Nicola last night at the FOC meeting and she is most definitely real.

    To be honest I am not bothered if you don't think I am real and your not prepared to take the word of a number of people on here who do know I am.

    I am not going to start this again, as I said in a post earlier if you don't believe don't join in. It's as simple as that.

    I am sorry if that offends people, but quite frankly I came here looking for advice and look how I have been treated.

    We lived on Newbridge Road - those were the names of the two different hospitals.

    We left Bath in the early 60's for Saltford and moved to K......m in the late 60's. Moved to Kent in 1971 - been here ever since, although now living in 5th different town in Kent!

    My folks used to have a house in Bradford-on-Avon, which was lovely. I miss it, and had many happy weekends there and visiting Bath as a nipper.

    Indeed, it was driving through Bath in the back of Dad's car in '87 that I first saw a 328GTS , and look where that got me!

    God it's a small world. I lived in B-O-A for 7 years.

    I lived off the Winsley Road.

    I don't think there are too many around Bath, there is a Mondial in Winsley and there are a couple of 360 Spiders floating around. 1 is Silver and lives very near me and the other is a blue 53 plate.

    He's still not impressed and reckons I could have had a new 911 with a good spec for the same money.

    Our house was on a little hill called Coppice Hill, just off Market St.

    He has a point re the 911; great cars... But then a 911 doesn't have a V8 engine nestling under a glass panel, which for me is reason enought to buy a 360! Part of me still loves 911s- I had an '88 carrera a few years ago. I sometimes think I'd like another one so I could take my family out too. But I just can't feel passionate about Porsches in the same way.

    Welcome back Katie , whilst I am not one of the people who actually "knows" you I do believe that you are genuine !!!

    Whilst I am a big Ferrari fan I am also a very big P-Car fan and I have been involved in some heated debates on here relating to this.

    They appeal to completely different emotions and I will say that the P-Car is materially lighter on the bank balance potentially in terms of initial cost and definately in terms of maint and is very very predictable and reliable. I am only really a fan of the RS and GT models and will own one again one day.

    The 355 is a superb car but the mileage related depreciation and running costs could be seen as negatives. Driving it is however a truly wonderful experience !!
