    I rec'd a very nice silver 612 Scaglietti model mounted on a beautiful aluminum 50th Anniversary display today. This accompanied by a letter from Maurizio Parlato - congratulating me on purchasing a 612.
    Unless my wife is up to something (NO WAY), then I wasn't aware of my 612 purchase. (Whoa - maybe it was my girlfriend....)
    Has anyone else rec'd one of these? I am curious as to who sent it.
    I don't know of anyone who has purchased a 612 yet. I'm aware of a young guy in San Antonio that was getting one, but curious if he has taken delivery yet.
    Anyone out there know anything?

    612 not due here in SA for few weeks @ earliest. QP due in next few days.

    The red Ferrari box that it and the display model came in measures 14" x 11" x 5" and the car fits diagonally in the box on the display stand - I haven't taken it off the stand to see the underside of the car, but I think this would make it a 1/18 scale.
    How do you post pics?
