Does anybody know how to clean the front grill so that it comes up looking like new again? I assume they are made from aluminium?

    Thanks...

I have heard that olive oil non the gate works wonders - maybe the same unusual option goes for that? I've got some Swiss flies that insist on leaving remnants of themselves too.

Diluted alloy wheel cleaner, leave to soak in for 5 mins, wash off with hot soapy water, once clean and dry wax it to keep the finish

I used a special paint cleaner available from Mercedes dealers that is incredible in the way it clears all types of muck that accumulate on paintwork. It's totally safe and non corrosive and when used with the wax, it brings out an incredible finish. It's made by Meguires but packaged as a Mercedes product.
