    Just a quick question,does anyone know of a oil filter for a 308 that is red in colour?My UFI filter is sort of white with blue writing.I've seen somewhere a picture of a 308 engine bay with a red coloured oil filter.Is this the genuine filter and does it have a little "horsey"on it? Thanks in advance.

    Frams are an orange red color.

    Baldwin is the proper specification.....for the 308s.
    What color are the Baldwins???? Sean F. just bought a few of them, IIRC.

    Balwin = B253 color is RED
    Fram = PH28041 color is orange
    UFI = not sure the Part number but there is no horse and it's white with blue writing

    Thanks for the quick response.And come on guys,if we all searched the archives then(1)the world would be over run by kittens(2)We wouldn't be able to get any rare second hand Fparts from all those wrecked cars!
