This listing sounds pretty hard to believe.

The cars I listed above are not listed for sale, like the normal duPont issues, but a review of new cars, hence "Buyers Guide"

Yes, I understand. But your mention of DuPont reminded me to check their web-site (as I do from time to time), and I came across the questionable listing.

oh-gotcha. misunderstood what you meant. dont know enough about F-cars and their prices, especially the older ones, but i take it the price is too low for what the seller is presenting?

It's way to low. The 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California is a very rare car and is worth millions.

"The 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California is a very rare car and is worth millions."

I saw that, too, and thought it was so ridiculous I didn't bother to try to figure out what's wrong. I'll have to look it up again.

    Edit:

    "1961 Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet
This Ferrari 250 GT, and also subjected to a complete and thorough restauration about 20 years ago and is currently in absolutely immaculate condition. Please contact us for more information! Sell or Trade."

That's what it is - the "restaured," brown interior cars get no respect..

On topic: Yes, I bought the buyer's guide to read while waiting for "Back to School Night" to begin. Fun window shopping. saw a set of spinners with dollar signs - must have.

The review of some cars is quite poor...aka sometimes they have no clue what they are talking about.

Case in point: They said the Range rover's engine was the same engine as in 745i's...short answer is not.

They also said the NSX interior looked cheap...when it is covered nearly every inch in stitched leather.

yes, i was expecting a bit more as well. fewer cars and more coverage of them..pictures, details, etc. they dont give you too much to look over. just enough to get you interested and get you hungry for more.

i too picked up the dupont registry exotic car buyers guide, i really liked how they described the enzo, and how much it cost to maintain it....i was amazed at how much and everyday oil change cots oin one of those. i also like the description on the bugatti veyron 16.4...that thing will be awsome.

If anyone has also seen the latest EVO- that is a good issue, the Stradale vs. Gallardo vs. Ford GT. Also the 575M vs. Vanquish, reads on the SL65, Murci Roadster, and GREAT PICS...

    worth the $10 for sure!

The latest Evo is a great read, but if it weren't for the DPR "Exotic Car and Acessories 2005 Buyers Guide" I wouldn't have found these:
