how does this guy not go to jail if he uses is real name and bank to bank wire transfers? I had a run in with this clown about 2 years ago over a black 87TR he was "selling". It didn't feel right ..price was too cheap at the time.

 

I tried to ask him in a round about way to see how he would reply. here it is: my question is at the bottom and his reply is at the top.

Yes. You file a freud report and mark the box for misrepresented. I don't know how you do it before the auction closes, I guess you just need to send an email. But when they see private auction, wire transfer only that should do it, attaching the carfax would be gravy.

hope the other two offers are following fchat. I am not one of the other offers, but I would reply to him that $3,820 sounds like what it should go for because it has new paint, and that would be better. no extra charge for the bondo.

 

he's also got the car listed in ferrariads for under $40K.

 

As I follow this, it sounds like this guy is a real piece of work. At least it provides some entertainment, just hope nobody believes him.
