To any property owners who own / manage multiple residential units:

What book keeping system do you use to keep everything organized. Ie tracking rent, tenant info, expenses, etc etc?

It's becoming too overwhelming for my admin. I have business quicken but maybe I should get a more specialized property management software. I looked on the web and got overwhelming hits to my search. Software that costs anywhere from $10.00 - $1000.00.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated. I'm looking for simplicity and ease of use. DOn't need analysis and graphing programs.

Ever hear of this software: www.rentright.com
