Question: Had the clutch replaced on my 360, and want to know if you do a test w/ SD2, with parameter as "used" clutch, will it ever say "0%" or "10%" wear? Or is it generally higher, even if the clutch is a couple hundred miles new?

    Sorry, can't answer your question.

But I'm curious how many miles you got out of the original clutch. I assume you're the original owner...

You are supposed to note the new clutch value before the job is done and re input that value into the ECU when the clutch is replaced. Reality is that you can customize the clutch release by changing the clutch thickness values. Because of this, I have never seen one at 0.

Generally in my experience they come in at a low single digit # and will change very slightly after the test drive but only a % or 2. But again in my experience, unless something was done to try to compensate for a system problem that should be addressed on its own it should be well under 10%. Given the variations of many things in the system I accept 10% or less a new clutch.
