    Guys, and Gals,
I have a 77 308, and when it is cold outside, the doors do not like to close properly. The latch does not grab correctly, and it is hard to lock it sometimes due to that. Is there anything I can do, I'm almost to the point of moving the latches?

    Thanks,

    Charles

Is it possible that the grease on the mechanisms get thicker with the cold?

That's how you adjust it...by moving the part on the door jamb......

    Vogel,

there is a small black truss head screw (slotted) that you will need to adjust..........as BigTex says its on the door jam.

Thanks for the info. It's not the grease, and I just wanted to make sure that moving the jambs was a valid idea.
