    The cars in the pics are not US legal. They were alowed in simply to display at various autoshows on a temporary basis. The problem is that the street versions (First Euro 25) were built to allow the race version to run in the FIA seris (homolagate) with an eye towards running at Le Mans. The race version is too fast and officials feel others couldn't compete so they're forcing Maser to modify the car. Smaller rear wing. Shorter tail for less downforce. Restrictor plate in the motor. The cost to make it US legal for Maser is no small thing. Many regulations are quite different. Until they know what the FIA will allow they can't even finalize the car. Once they do they will deceide whether or not it makes sense to make a US version. If they make a US version I will get one but so far there is no decision to either way.

    I think the changes done to this car make it much better looking than the Enzo. As far as this car untapping a certain market, I think thats absurd. Here in the U.S just about every car market there is exists. especially the niche sports car market. Now that Napolis has chimed in we know the real deal.

    sounds like the mc12 is fastter then the enzo right now and that is probobly a good reason for them to want to make it slower so all the enzo customers dont get mad that a year later maserati makes a car better than the enzo huh?

    i would take a MC12 over the enzo also. its true, only 25 MC12 cars will be built and they already sold em all in europe. none to U.S.A.

    You guys are forgetting that the MC12 can not be imported because it does not have an airbag.

    if i did get one which i could only dream about now, but who knows i always dreamed about the 360 and now the dream has become reality.

    But if i did it would be driven as a everyday to queens and back mark my word.

    as huey said a true EC playa dont care about miles zen enjoy and drive drive drive
