Thanks to all who attended. My own review: The good: Great people Nice cars Unlimited wine this time Not so good: The venue and food was a "2" where the ROE was a 9. I let that be known, and that won't be the case next time (ROE III, Spring 2005). Anyway, if anyone has any pics, please post. Thanks again, Sam
Sorry I missed run today Sam. The only driving I did today was driving piles at work. Lisa and I wanted to go but I got called in to work today.I hope every one had a good time. See you on the next run..
Sam, thanks for putting this all together, I know it wasn't easy trying to nail the EC crew down for a planned event but you did a great job of it. Here are some shots. you can say that again.... we could have done this at pchops house and at $35 a head we can ensure everyone get a burger
Actually, there was tons of food left over...and wine and beer. My problem was the setting, mostly. But hey, if Pchop can host 100 people and 40 or more cars...Let's do it
If there was tons of food leftover then its because they hid it from us and didn't serve it... lol. Don't sweat it , Sam, the people and the driving are the important part. We just won't go back to that place.
Hey Sam! Thanks for putting this together. A great time, as usual. There's a winery on the main road -- Italian name -- with a large building and a huge lawn out front. Everytime I drive by there is an F-car or other expensive marque in the drive. We should invade that place. Nice touch with the Avantis. What a beautiful car -- that I would never in a million years want to own. Oh, and PROPS to Hubert for kicking the ass of the Concours EC style. Next year, let's have some crazy mad awards like "most mileage" and "most road rash", etc... Emil
The Beautiful girls of CIN: Award pics for Hubi Tubi taking home Numero Uno in the Concours (thanks PlaYaz for rigging the ballot box for me!) Ed, Mike, Andy, & Rob.....i dont have ur email addresses, but if u want a full resolution of the group pic, PM ur email. And Gus of Technik1...thanks again for the detailing kit! It will be put to good use and no....it won't be on ebay
I gottoa say, I LOVE those stickers! All the EC cars lined up in a row with those on the right rear bumper must look really cool. <jealousy> ;-) Hubert, P21S is really, really good stuff, congrats!
Thought I'd post my pics & my sons Tom's Dino Sam's Mondial and a Grasshopper's viewpoint of Sam's car just before it get's squished. Darn, something's wrong. The site isn't taking the pictures. I'll try later
sam great event... food sucked, but everyone was there so it was all good! congrats hubie in winning the best in show trophy.... EC iN dA hOUze! driving back was nuts! very fun. great pics everyone!
