Well said Rehan! If the CC customer base bears a higher market price, then Classic Coach has a stronger brand. Afterall, what's a brand other than a premium for the same product? - Heinz vs Hunts - Apple vs Dell - BMW vs Saab - Mark vs Mac - Nike vs Reebok - Nickelodeon vs Cartoon Network - Classic Coach vs eBay - Continental GT vs VW Phaeton
Eli, The 550 and Murcielago are two every different cars. One is an outrageous sports car while the other is a subdued gentleman's GT Car. If you are asking for my intital impressions, i think the Murcielago is better looking "supercar," but on the same note its not as "classy" looking as the 550. The Murcielago is definelty better built than any Ferrari i have driven and this is due to Audi's influence but due to its exotic nature is less comfortable than the 550 and alot more intimidating to drive i.e. the 550 drove like a regular car with gobs of power [which was a plus if that what you are looking for] the Murcielago feels like a new and exciting experience everytime i drive it. On the highway the Murcielago is alot smoother and faster than the 550, the 550 was fast but there is no comparisson between the two cars the Murcielago is that much better. On the flip side it is very difficult to drive the Murcielago in city/local roads dut to its width and lesser visibility while the 550 handled these situations like an ordinary coupe. These are just my intial impressions on the two cars and once i put a few more miles on the Murcielago i will definetly give a more in-dept analysis.
Did I say you were angry??? I never said that. I said you ACT LIKE you are violated, and I drew that conclusion based on the reckless defense you were attemping for CC. You can not even stay on subject. Are we talking about the integrity? Nope. For what I know Hubert actually still service his car(one of the very few EC guys) at CC. He only made a comments on the price of a car at CC, which as you said, everyone is entitled to his opinion and you should not care abou that, right? But you kept on arguing how it is not overpriced, that's why I asked you what is it to you. Btw the argument itself was a total failure anyway.
100% correct. Now, if I trade in my 355 at WWOC, and they ask 95k for it. You can make "overpriced" comments as you wish, I WILL NOT JUMP UP AND DOWN and try to defend WWOC by making argument to prove to you the price is fair.
How many Ferrari have you bought or at least negociated?? How do you know what price dealers sell each car for?? Sure the dealer will ALWAYS ask for more than eBay price(that's why eBay is ebay!!), but it does not mean they always get what they ASK FOR. what a memory keith? Were you the one that stated you know FOR A FACT that the MC12 was coming to USA??
Splif - That means I'm gonna have to hide mine from you when I get it. And the Carrera GT too, given your disdain for Porsches.
What what!!! Don't make me come on this board and burn you suckas. Let's all play nice now boys...F-cars, P-cars, lambos, it's all about who's behind the wheel zen. Bottom line... Now Talons, that's a whole different story altogether! Yo yo JC, had to put it in there. ;-)
I have not been constantly defending CC price. What are you talking about? What are you two on? Man oh man do you guys know how to loose respect fast.
