    Hello all,

    what do you think ? Does it represent a big danger stretching the valve adjustment interval on a 308 from 20.000 kms to 25000 kms ?

    Many will say yes but I say no. You should be fine.

    Martin,

    Shouldn't really be a problem as long as they were checked / adjusted at the previous interval.

    Thanks a lot so far for your opinions. Reason for asking is, because I haven't quite reached the interval yet but I estimate that I will during the coming summer.
    My problem is, that I prefer performing such programmable and bigger maintenance tasks during the winter season without any hurry, but it absolutely doesn't suit my schedule this year and so I estimate that I will reach around 3000 - 4000 kms more.
