Thought I would bring this thread up again since it had some great period photos. Anyone have anymore? PS Interesting comment by Enzo on the Shell ad, "If they made more than 2 Ferraris a day they would not be Ferraris" I wonder what Luca would say about that! We just added a zero to it for one model.
One is a French newspaper advert (my car was supposedly sold there according to Raab's book). The other is more contemporary advert (not sure from where)
That is so cool - near perfect composition too. I love how you can compare the tiny sticks and have matured into trees.
it's a shame I dont have a scanner, cos I have some 60's magazines with great old stuff. keep the pics coming Vintage forum rules!
what does it say at the bottom? "Good tires" says bob casually ligthing a cigarrette "but ceirtaintly not great tires"?? LOL George

Also, Kerry has a fantastic collection of images here: http://www.parrotbyte.com/330GTRegistry/FactoryPhotos.htm Enjoy, Jon
That pic always reminded me of the evil villians lair in a late 60's Bond film complete with the Bond chicks.
Amazing, Jeff ! Whether you had to look it up (the fact that you had it), or if you knew it right off the bat....amazing....
I knew it right off the bat. That's the era I like the most. And those old Automobile Years are true entertainment to me.
