but i am certain, the whole day, u never ever passed me, most of time u r about a mile behine i'd day :D

Perhaps she was winking seductively at tiger woods? :)

Chris, you are absolutely right. He extended the courtesy to me many times during our drive that day. I was very impressed. It is really a pleasure to drive with folk who watch out for each other and extend simple courtesies (sp?) to drivers around them: Honda, Ferrari, Ford alike. I've seen this behavior time and again amongst the EC club and this is why I truly enjoy driving with the group. Occationall infractions by EC? sure. Blatant disregard for law and safety? No.

Was I wrong by slowing down on rt 1. so fellow EC crew could pull in front of me to change from the left lane to the right coming up to an exit? I don't think so. But did it tick-off at least one car behind me to blow their horns? Yes. I do remember thinking how could they drive, talk on the cell, hear over the horn, and then furiously change lanes without signaling and still find time to be pissed-off all while approaching a red light. Guess I can't multi-task as well as them.

I wish I knew about the event, I would have come! I wouldn't have been busted for bad driving as I'm further south.

That's another thing about the EC crew. There is no "I know my place". It's about mutual respect. Simply wonderful. A 330 or 308 is just as welcome as a CS or F40. We travel as a group. No more, no less.

Ok, ok, ok; just remembered. We don't like Talons & Livery cabs. Motorcycles are also best avoided.

OK, I'm done. Soap box put away.

We've done our Fall folliage drive. What's next? :)

the only car your car is fast is when its parked, it looks fast sitting there :D

So what I have to sink down to your level to prove my car is faster than yours? Ain't gonna happen cause it is not worth it. Keep telling yourself I am slow if that makes you feel better. I have nothing to prove.

viper is a fast car, but your slow driver.

of course there is nothing to prove, cuz u can not possible prove you drive faster than me :D

wait, i dont think people are saying that your car is slow.
it is not, vipers are insanely fast, faster than most ferraris.
i think he is just saying you are a slow driver driving a fast car.
at least thats what i am getting out of all of this.

I have to chime in about this going fast bit. Anyone can mash that gas of a Ferrari and drive at 100-120 mph [it requires no skill whatsoever. If people really want to see who is a faster or slower drive we should go to the track and find out for real who has REAL skills [lap times don't lie] :)
