I am repainting my car a silver color and want it to be Ferrari's 360 color. I am not quite sure whats it is specifically called but I know it is extremely metallicy and shiny and a deep silver too. Kind of dark. I have seen it some on the stradale. Anyway, if anyone could please help me as to provide a paint code or VIN number in which I could get the color. Also, does Ferrari have their own paint, or do they use like DuPont or something. Thanks so much in advance!!

    Hey Matt,
First of all, Ferrari currently uses PPG paints, and an auto paint/body supply store can mix you up a batch. They should also have a book with paint codes and samples for you to look at. Your paint shop should also have no problem getting it for you. That said we should be able to narrow down which color it is exactly that you are looking for and get the paint code, for they are labeled on each car.
There are several silvers in Ferraris line-up: Argento Nurburgring (True Silver..code 101/C), Grigio Titanio (Titanium), Grigio Alloy (Silver Blue), Grigio Ingrid (a light silvery champagne), Canna di Fucile (gunmetal), and the new Grigio Silverstone (as seen on the most recent F430, looks a lot like Canna di Fucile)
It sounds like your interested in Grigio Titanio. Pulled up these couple threads that should help...paint codes and samples
