Am I the only one wondering where the Carbon - BHCC thread went?
Especially as Gerald Roush gave an explanation for how Carbon came to ask the question re BHCC in the first place. I thought the explanation/apology from Mr. Roush was appropriate and clear, if a little overdue, and it would be nice for everyone to see that Andy Cohen is really alive and well and very much in the business of supplying beautiful cars to his extensive clientele.

I sympathize both situation between Gerald and Andy Cohen. I can't imagine how a 25 years of friendship can end off on a sour note like that.

Andy was a cool guy - Said to come by & feel free to take pictures, etc.

Not sure what the big deal was. Someome asked a question & it was answered.

Is it me or do their prices seem unreasonably high..

    A 2000 360 for $155K.

    A 2002 360 for $184.5K

    2004 360 for $204K.

Clearly those prices look to be a good $20K over market right now..

i'm pretty livid that the thread was deleted and not too happy that it was moved from GFD, in the first place.

Any market exists because of a meeting between buyer and seller/demand and supply. If there is a buyer at a price accepted by the seller you have a sale and a new, momentary definition of the "market" for that piece of merchandise. BHCC sells cars, because besides buyers and sellers, they have the third, sometimes elusive component - real, on the ground, in the showroom, cars.

By way of comparison, Scottsdale Porsche have a 2001 360 Modena (Titanium/Black, 3,000 miles) listed at $169,000. Right in between BHCC's 2000 and 2002.

Asking price is not the selling price. Until you make an offer, you dont know what the selling price is.
