    I was cruising back to school, not racing anyone or driving aggresively-- just trying to get back for a guidance appointment. Really the last thing I need to worry about right now, horrible horrible week...

    The officer that issued the ticket was a C. Hathaway..

    Any help is much appreciated..

    kenny, your car goes that fast?
    obviously not an EC playa clocked only at 84.

    ... kidding aside, call frank at ticketproblems.com, he handles most of
    the EC cases. i heard he has a good track record. he is handling my "issues"

    The only time I've ever been pulled over was going to slow (45ish) on the GSP at 3:00am. Cop asked me why I was going so slow. I told him I was going to work (UPS loader) and was in no rush. He told me he thought I might have been drinking and that's why I was driving slow. Of course, no ticket, no nothing.

    Frank got me out of a ticket in "Unincorporated Chemung County, NY". 2 Actually, 120 in a 40 (Whoops!) and for reckless endangerment. No traveling. Just a lot of faxing. Plead it down to failure to obey a traffic control device and something else like no front plate or something. He is the man.

    Tell him Phil the sticker guy sent you.
