I looked at his web site.
I'm glad he's a good lawyer, because seeing mistakes on his web site ruins his chances as a secretary
    ooops. :)

Just spoke to Frank- $500 over and above any legal fees I have to pay in the court-- seems like it might be less expensive to just pay up (or go there by myself)...

Your insurance increase after the 3 years they keep the ticket on your record is going to make Frank look like a bargin.

And I've never seen an insurance company drop my rates after the three years following an accident.

    I think Frank's cheaper.

Man up Zen think of all the $ you have saved up from sporting that yellow automatic Z3 your parents bought you. By driving that girl car you have probably saved $10,000's by now

I spent my money on a Subaru for school-- but, as you point out the car that my parents 'bought' for me, you of anyone shouldn't talk (seeing that you work for your dad in the Ferretti business, no?).?

Kenny - You should've told the officer he was cute, and asked him what he does with that big nightstick on his hip... And asked for his home # instead of his badge #... It would have certainly fit the profile of a automatic yellow Z3 driver!! And you probably would have been let go without a ticket!!! OOOOHHHH GAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

Open the yellow pages and get a Lawyer in that area who handles tickets. Your results will be better then if you defend yourself. It will most likley be reduced to equipment failure (light out) or running a stop sign. Either way less points on your license. You need to have less points because you "EC playas" need some breathing room for tickets! I don't know what your "time" is worth, but its not worth fighting it yourself. I never show up. If you go yourself, the last thing the Judge wants to see is an attitude. Don't go in with a chip on your shoulder. Just get an attorney to handle it!
