    MISTAKES MADE:
    1. Weekend BAD DATE next year October 1, 2005.
    2. Using milk jugs and money to vote for all trophies. Next year CLASSES will be judged and MILK JUGS will pick peoples choice ONLY.
    3. Doing it with out a major sponsor other than me. "DUMB"
    Good things:
    1. Mike Charness and FCA coming to our rescue for Friday welcome to Aiken
    2. The new people and the MAYOR OF AIKEN turning out to be a CAR GUY"
    3. Only had 3 Ferrari's make it ON THE SHOW side of the fence but also had 3 in the patrons area.
    4. Did not make an A-- out of myself or SEECARR.
Next year I want the clubs to SUPPLY JUDGES for the classes and then all will be good.
Pictures will be up by the weekend at www.seecarr.org

Sorry I couldn't make it, but maybe next year, unless.................

The first Saturday in October is usually the date for Atlanta Italian Car Day, which is generally a "must" for all such cars within reasonable driving distance of Atlanta!

If you can change the date to any other weekend, please do it......now!

Sorry I could not make the show. I had been planning on it for months. My wife went into labor the night before (early). I am now the proud father of a beautiful baby boy!!! I will make it next year for sure.

I have a few pics from the Aiken car show at:

Forgive the Lambo slant on this one... :)

Have to say that George and his crew did an amazing job. Things were well organized and people were fun and respectful. Aside from the minor points he already addressed, I'd say it would be hard to improve. Also Aiken is a really charming little town with a neat shopping/eating district for significant others in case anyone's thinking about it for next year.

I'm not sure why the system keeps messing up my URL above. Maybe because I'm not subscribed? Maybe some anti-Lambo bias in the site programming? :)

At any rate, whoever wants to see the pics just plug in L A M B O - P O W E R without the spaces where the asterisks are.
