Has anyone else had trouble getting to the spare parts page of FoUK from the owners site?

I have tried from work and home. Using both Internet Explorer and Netscape. I e-mailed Jeff but we ended up on some tangent e-mail about tea and foo-foo parts.

yes, I have had trouble in the past few days / weeks. Even when you get through to order parts it takes a few days to register as an order. Be careful not to duplicat order like I did. The site also seems very slow.

However Mr. Jeff H. is quick to respond and get things sorted.

    Chaps.

This is really odd because I have had no trouble this end getting in.

I have just tried and even got as far as putting a part into a basket. I probably own that bolt now and will get it deducted from my stipend !

Don't know what the problem could be. Usual fixes are: close window and open a fresh one because the browser times out.....don't use an existing browser to start with, always open a fresh one....

How far do you get...precisely ?

    Cheers.

I am running windows XP pro with SP2. I cannot get in with IR or netscape.

Jeff, you had said the italians made a change last weekend. DO you know what they did?

    Jeff,

when I try to go to the parts page via the "GO" button it usually kicks me back to the sign in page.

    Guys...

We did some maintenance last week, not the Italians, and it was nothing, Just a tweak.

If the Go button is sending you back to the beginning I would be tempted to say that you are using an already existing browser, not a new one.

It still works for me. We have also received order thru it yesterday and Monday...

    Jeff,

I am using both internet explorer and netscape from both home and at work and I get the same issue with the "go" button.

I am not doubting that it works for you. Were the tweaks SP2 compliant?

Don't know why it doesn't work for you Matt.

It all works with XP with Service Pack 2 and practically everything else.

All I can think of is that it must be down to browser settings on your PCs. ???????? !!!!

Only other thing I can do is ask the web developers to have a look-see. Give me exactly the spec of machine, software, IP address etc etc you're using.....?

    Cheers.

That is to register on the owners site.

My point is that I was able to get there and buy parts prior to a system upgrade they did. I can get into the owners site. I can click on spare parts. I get the FoUK site. I click the "go" button and nothing happens. This occurs on IE and Netscape. This happens at home and at work.

Matt, I will speak to the web people.

Really, the maintenance was nothing - wished I hadn't mentioned it ! It is not affecting this. :)

    Will let you know.
