Nope, just wanted to share the possible opportunity of seeing Jim's cars-- didn't work out. He said it was on Saturday- I believe yours was on Sunday- I planned on going on both.

Here is the latest on a run for Sunday. Destination has yet to be selected, but do keep in mind that the NYC marathon is Sunday and we probably want to steer clear of the city and some of the outer boroughs. We've had some great suggestions for a run out to LI (multiple locations including BMC, Manorville, etc.), NJ (out on Rt. 78/287 into Horse Country...Bernardsville, Peapack, Lambertville, etc), and even Westchester. The run out to Horse Country sounds the most enticing at this point based on the roads, destination and sites to be seen. That's just my opinion of course...

    Here's the crew...

    993 Guy
    Michael355
    JC360
    KennyH
Chris (Kenny's buddy in the M3)
    THonda
    Woodear
Ghost? (work only barrier to participation)
    Greenboxster
    Hubi
    Lupe
Emil? (Fishbulb in waiting or may go to VT)
    Geoff (may be in VT)
    John H?
    Ed P. (depending on location)
    Pchop?
    Steve (Fasterisbetter)
Todd G? (haven't heard from you, but I know that Steve will make you come!)
Rehan (Is that Murci out of the shop yet? Bring it!)
    Keith?
    Bailey?
    Noah?

So that's the list so far. Any other takers or shall I remove anyone here? Should be a great day weather wise...all we need to do is iron out the details.

Looks like I might have to bail from the Sunday run for the Saturday run- last time I woke up early and drove all day for Rob's Fun Run, I had to stop at EVERY rest stop on the way to Albany- and still EXTREMELY close to falling asleep... I'm sorry guys- hope to see you Saturday though!

(I'd assume you can take Chris off the list as well)

A manual Subaru-- I was actually driving with my head out of the window like a dog for a point... I was seriously considering pulling over at hotel and sleeping for the night --- pretty freaking scary..

And anytime you'd like to let me borrow your car, I'm ready.

Best to pull over into a paking lot and fall a sleep for 1/2 hour. Everyone has had this feeling and it is extremely dangerous. Do not drive tired. I'm in for a drive to BMC.
