If you decide to go that way, and you're an FCA-SE member, PM or email me.

Re-reading your first post on clear coating/polished. The center and spokes are painted and need a coat of wax. The outside rim is polished aluminium without clearcoat. Put something on it. I drove mine hard in a rain/snow storm and there are some tiny marks that wont come out. Can't see them from more than three feet away.

Treating both surfaces helps brake dust cleanup, too.

thanks for the info. there is a fine metal polish / protectant we use on the Leading Edges of our aircraft wings. i am going to see if it can be used on wheels and purchased individually. i have had highly polished wheels in the past, so i know they are labor intensive to maintain. i have yet to see clearcoated wheels that lasted and looked nice, it seems the heat from the brakes really bakes the wheels.

Just got feedback. Check your PM for price. However, there are no 16" centers in the USA at the moment, so they'd have to come from the UK. However, consider going 17"s anyway!
